RelayGo is designed for private communication between people who choose to connect with each other. We do not sell personal information, do not run behavioral advertising, and do not operate a public social feed.

• Contacts and connections: the contacts or friend relationships you choose to create inside RelayGo.
• Messages and user content: text, voice notes, photos, videos, files, call information, read status, and other content you choose to send or receive through the app.
• Safety reports: information you submit when reporting abuse, including reported account details and any content you choose to include in the report.
• Support communications: your email address and messages when you contact us for help.
• Technical data: device, app version, log, diagnostic, security, and network information needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliability.

How We Use Information

• To provide account sign-in, private messaging, calls, media sharing, notifications, and related app functionality.
• To maintain safety features such as blocking, reporting, abuse review, and service protection.
• To respond to support, privacy, safety, and legal requests.
• To improve reliability, security, crash handling, and performance.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate RelayGo, such as hosting, security, diagnostics, and support providers. Message Privacy

RelayGo is built for private peer-to-peer conversations. Depending on the app version and feature, message content may be protected in transit and, where supported, with end-to-end encryption between participants. Some metadata, such as account identifiers, delivery status, timestamps, or technical routing information, may be processed to provide the service.

Retention and Deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide RelayGo, maintain safety and security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Users may request account deletion or data deletion through our User Privacy Choices page or by emailing [email protected].

Your Choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy actions at https://relaygo.uk/privacy/choices. You can also block users, report abuse, and manage app permissions in your device settings.

Children

RelayGo is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to RelayGo, contact us at [email protected].

International Users

RelayGo may process information in countries other than where you live. We take steps designed to protect information consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, website, or another appropriate channel.
